Shipping policy

1. TIME: Please estimate 3-5 business days for shipping & handling. We strive for 3 days.  This applies to all individual packages only.  In scenario where we find more reliable and faster shipping alternatives, we sometimes will switch shipping couriers to expedite the shipment, without notice.  No additional costs would be incurred by the customer. Pallet orders can take 5-10 days. If you are in a rush, please let us know in advance and we can arrange to ship as individual packages which will arrive much quicker.

2. OPTIONS: You have the option of selecting a shipping courier (Purolator/Fedex/UPS/Canpar). We use standard/ground delivery. 

3. COSTS: Please enter your Shipping Address and proceed to next page to determine exact Shipping Rates.  Rates vary based on shipping address and products.   

4. REDUCE COSTS: To reduce shipping costs, we recommend ordering 2+ items at a time. Business zoned address have better shipping rates.

5. MORE SAVINGS: To further reduce shipping costs, Papertec is absorbing a portion of the shipping cost.  This will be automatically applied to the rate you see.   

6. REACH: We ship across Canada.  Regardless of where you are, we can ship to you.
